Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of product renovation/update including:
  • Costing & approvals
  • Sample creation & shipping
  • Customer/brand approvals, initiating customer specs and updating or providing information to update customer portals (will vary by customer)
  • Graphics development (including review of graphics files)
  • Updating Bill of Materials
  • Working with supply chain to communicate product revisions, materials in house timing, first production schedule
  • Regular connects with Marketing to understand customer FPR feedback and communicating outcome to supply chain
  • Ensure all project timelines are tracked, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks, delays and the impact to the launch date Cross
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Technical Services, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Master Data to ensure coordination, communication, and execution across all departments.
  • Coordinate samples
  • Complete or work with relevant marketing lead (will vary by customer) to update all customer portals, on time and accurately
  • Lead recurring bi-weekly connects with Marketing team to update on overall kits project status and updates
  • Be the interface b/t project PD and Marketing sharing new ingredient approvals and any new development news related to the project
  • Work with in house studio lead to develop communication and cadence for kits projects
  • If third party agency support is required, be the lead in establishing process and communication methods for kits work to be completed
  • Work with Product Design team to organize photograph
