The Product Communications Manager will be an essential member of the Marketing Services team, playing a key role in translating complex technical information into clear, compelling, and customer-friendly content. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to create high-quality materials that effectively communicate the value and functionality of our solutions and services to a range of audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in writing marketing product content, with a focus on SaaS products and enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience in communications or marketing roles, preferably within B2B Technology space.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to distill detailed product information into clear, audience-focused content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for crafting compelling messages.
  • Creative execution experience and talent for taking a complex subject matter and crafting simple, compelling messaging that speaks our customers language.
  • Demonstrable energy, commitment and drive to succeed.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows.

DESIRABLE SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE

  • Experience creating content for various digital platforms, including email campaigns and social media.
  • Familiarity with content optimisation for SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with in-house teams.
  • Experience creating a variety of content tailored to different formats and audiences, including technical documentation, white papers, campaign assets and sales materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Create Engaging Technical Content: Develop clear, concise, and impactful content, including fact sheets, data sheets, white papers, blog posts and technical articles, that highlight the value of our services and solutions.
  • Simplify Complex Concepts: Transform intricate technical features into easy-to-understand messaging tailored to specific audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather detailed product knowledge and ensure accuracy in all technical materials.
  • Manage relationships (where required) with external partners, content agencies, and media outlets to amplify the impact of campaign communications.
  • Support Product Launches: Produce high-quality assets such as product release emails, landing pages, customer-facing FAQs, sales enablement material and marketing content that align with product launches and updates.
  • Content Development for Sales and Marketing Teams: Create supporting materials such as presentations, fact sheets, campaign materials, pitch decks, and battlecards to enable sales and go-to-market teams to effectively articulate product value and address customer needs.
  • Maintain Content Quality and Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and technical accuracy across all global markets, considering cultural nuances and regional differences. Edit and proofread materials to maintain high standards.
  • Research and Customer Understanding: Develop a working understanding of customer challenges and market trends to produce relevant and audience-focused content.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
