Every country has its own fiscal laws, local integrations, and specific compliance rules for the leisure sector. As our Product Compliance Manager, you are the link that solves this puzzle. You dive deep into the material and investigate exactly what is needed to go live fully compliant in a new country, ranging from fiscal integrations to specific invoicing requirements. You are the one who translates these complex laws and regulations into clear User Stories that our developers can work with immediately. You dare to be critical and say "no" to local requests that conflict with our global scalability. You bridge the gap between commercial opportunities and the prevailing laws and regulations. You work closely with the Head of Internationalisation to ensure our 'Core' remains universal, while local compliance adaptations fit smartly into our architecture. Additionally, you manage the backlog and monitor the quality of external partners building integrations for us. You ensure our software is 100% bulletproof before the first live date in a new country, allowing us to grow steadily without slowing down our capacity to innovate.
