Title: Product Compliance Officer

Location: This role is 100% based at our new HQ in Snodland, Kent

We’re looking for a Product Compliance Officer to join our team to work with our Product team to ensure that all our products meet legal and regulatory requirements.
This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Take responsibility for all legal and regulatory compliance for the entire product range
· Audit all new products to ensure compliance with regulations and product safety and gather necessary documentation
· Liaise with test houses and manufacturers on testing requirements and certifications
· Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and communicate their impact on the company’s products
· Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required
· Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
· Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
· Experience in a product compliance role previously
· Experience in compliance testing and labelling
· Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
· High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
