Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electrical, Electronic Engineering). Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, cost management, and regulatory compliance. Experience with dual sourcing and cost competitiveness strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Advanced degree in a relevant field. Experience in transitioning product designs from development to mass production. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
