What you will do:
- Program and configure elevator communication devices based on job-specific requirements (e.g. PI screens, touchscreens, controller boards).
- Create and manage custom programming files according to internal documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve internal technical issues related to programmable components.
- Test and validate returned programmable parts as per company’s procedures.
- Collaborate with inventory and stockroom teams to fulfill programming requests.
- Notify appropriate departments of inventory shortages related to programmed components.
- Ensure programming files and bill of materials align with job specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and logs of programmed items.
- Provide technical support to internal departments (not direct customer interaction).
- Participate in process improvements and internal training initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Able to lift up to 15lbs; may work in hot areas 5%, noise 0%.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.

- Excellent knowledge of software and internal applications (E.g. MS Office, ERP)
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and prove solutions
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to take initiative and multitask in an extremely fast-paced work environment
