You’ll partner with clients through their implementation journey, ensuring a smooth launch and long-term adoption of our solutions. We’re looking for someone who is not only a natural problem solver but also a creative thinker who can provide tailored solutions to fit each customer’s unique needs. Important Requirement: To be considered, candidates must have previous Club Automation implementation experience in either a project management or software training capacity. What You’ll Do: Guide customers through successful launches of Club Automation and related products. Serve as a trusted consultant on small to medium-sized implementation projects. Share best practices and workflow recommendations to ensure lasting adoption. Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients get the most out of the software. Continuously refine and improve implementation documentation and processes. Maintain strong client relationships and achieve high customer satisfaction survey scores. Travel up to 25% to work directly with clients. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Required: Previous Club Automation implementation experience in project management or software training. Bachelor’s degree in Business (or equivalent experience). At least 6+ months of related professional experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly and build trust quickly. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once. Ability to identify challenges, think outside the box, and create solutions. Experience consulting, training, or teaching others on technology or systems. Bonus Points If You Have: 1–2 years of related experience. Experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or other role in the wellness/fitness industry. Familiarity with other member management software. Additional Information The the pay range for this role is $47,406 - $78,220 annually.. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth.
