Responsibilities: Responsible for merchandising and promoting assigned products at the retail level. This role ensures day-to-day operational activities meet company standards while supporting Supervisors by contributing to the improvement of business processes. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Merchandise assigned products effectively at retail outlets in accordance with company guidelines. • Promote products by engaging with consumers and educating them on product features and benefits. • Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of merchandising and promotional activities. • Assist Supervisors in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency. • Monitor stock levels, shelf presentation, and compliance with planograms and promotional materials. • Provide feedback and report on in-store conditions, competitor activities, and consumer insights. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.
