JOB TITLE: Product Coordinator - Campus Championship JOB TYPE: Full-Time | Remote   ABOUT YOU:  As a Product Coordinator for Campus Championship, you will proactively understand customer needs and maintain customer setup accuracy within Jostens systems. You will assist sales personnel in program implementation and effectively handle daily customer transactional activities via phone, email, and mail. These activities include managing customer orders, order status inquiries, issue resolution, billing questions, product questions, and campus promotion questions. You will maintain customer records and report on business activity to support operational efficiency. You will coordinate and complete all manufacturing sketches, artwork, and other day-to-day activities including warranty service issues. Partnering closely with sales counterparts in the field, you will help strengthen our ability to retain customers, increase customer penetration with new products, and drive new customer acquisition to grow our College business.
