REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree OR relevant experience required
  • 0-2 years of experience with data entry
  • Ability to handle high volume work, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize around key deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day data management within multiple systems. This includes entering and editing product data across multiple seasons inclusive of product features & benefits. Manages product development system on interim basis
  • Sets up showrooms for external and internal meetings (i.e. Collect/organize necessary samples, dress mannequins, merchandise walls with product from key stories)
  • Participates in all seasonal product review sessions, prepares documents for note taking remarking changes made on product
  • Liase with overseas product creation partners
  • Executes research and competitive analysis projects as needed
  • Conducts seasonal buying volume analysis
  • Tracks, documents, unpacks, organizes and inventories all seasonal samples
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of all relevant team documents
  • Coordinates sell in shoots in-house and offsite
  • Manages the approval process for all seasonal product imagery and copy
  • Potential opportunity to manage some account SMUs to build product management experienc
Responsibilities

The Product Coordinatorassists with the product creation process by managing the data entry process as well as supporting the coordination of key milestones. Eventually this will lead to opportunities to assist and lead product management and concept building.
