Company Description Do you want to play a key role in bringing fashion to life for millions of customers around the world? H&M Studios, part of the H&M Marketing department, produces fashion content for H&M’s full assortment globally, used for both e-commerce and marketing purposed. Our work includes model images, product images, and video assets. As a Product Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating and administrating product samples, managing the full flow of samples - from arrival and registration to organization, preparation, and post-shoot handling. Working closely with teams across the Studio, you provide input to production planning, make sure each item is shot on time and in line with trend direction. Your work enables smooth production days, strong collaboration and, ultimately, inspiring content for our global customers. Key responsibilities: Unpack, register, label and sort incoming products Organize and keep the wardrobe up to date (re-organize, clear out garments/accessories etc) Prepare and secure samples ahead of shoots, ensuring everything is accurate and production ready Create detailed set lists in our system to guide shoot execution and styling. Manage handling of samples after shoots, including returns, storage and documentation Collaborate closely with Production Managers and Stylists to secure planning and workflow WHO YOU ARE We’re looking for someone who is highly structured and organised, able to manage several tasks at once and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
