This position exists to support the team in delivering high-quality, well-organized product experiences that align with the company’s mission to drive excellence across every touchpoint. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product SharePoint Management: Create and maintain the Product SharePoint site to ensure accuracy and accessibility Manuals & Image Library: Prepare and update product manual and image library for consistency and relevance Training Materials Development: Create PowerPoint presentations and voice-over training content to support team learning and development Annual Kickoff Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with the team to design and prepare presentations for the yearly kickoff meeting, ensuring effective communication and engagement Passenger Minimum Numbers: Maintain the passenger minimum number spreadsheet to support operational decision making MXP System: Work with the MXP system to manage and streamline product data Quality Control & Proofing: Ensure accuracy in product information across brochures, cruise companions, website content, documentation, and other sales and marketing materials Website: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to uphold quality control standards for the Uniworld website Comparative Analysis: Create comparisons for ships, product offering, new itineraries, and industry trends Survey Reporting: Compile and analyze survey data for key destinations, including Vietnam, Cambodia, Egypt, India, and Peru, to assess performance and identity areas for improvement Passenger Count Management: Maintain accurate passenger records and generate summary reports for extensions and cruise/tour programs, ensuring up-to-date reporting Internal Inquiries: Respond to questions from staff, providing timely and accurate information Project Support: Assist the product team with various assigned projects, contributing to the development and enhancement of offerings Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as needed, supporting overall team objectives Requirements ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA Accuracy: Maintaining up-to-date and error-free reports, spreadsheets, and documentation that support product operations. Quality Control: Ensuring all product-related materials and sites meet established standards before release or publication. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively coordinating with internal teams to support product initiatives and meet deadlines. Responsiveness & Reliability: Demonstrating consistency in handling administrative tasks and follow-through on assigned responsibilities. KEY INDIVIDUAL TRAITS Attention to detail: Carefully reviews work to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness. Adheres to rules and procedures. Collaborative: Builds strong relationships and works cross-functionally with a consultative, co-creative approach to influence and align others in a fast-paced environment. Resilience: Remains calm and effective under pressure, persistent through challenges, and driven to achieve long-term goals. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other presentation tools. Excellent written and oral communication able to dictate in a clear and precise manner and including superior punctuation and grammar. Must have meticulous attention to detail, have ability to prioritize and manage workload with little supervision and be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner. Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred. TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS Work Location: Hybrid (office & remote) - in Calabasas, CA office. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite for a minimum of two days per week. Travel: To be discussed
