SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our team at Par2Pro. This role will be pivotal in driving our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence in the golf simulation market. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in connecting with clients and developing innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be an active golfer
  • Must have a deep interest in golf simulators or golf and technology
  • Comfortable being the on-camera face of the company (YouTube, Reels, Ads)
  • Immaculate attention to detail — nothing slips past you
  • Proven video editing & content creation skills
  • Willing and able to travel for events, trade shows, and meetings (limited)
  • Comfortable handling customer interactions, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
  • Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Shopify & NetSuite is advantageous

SOFT SKILLS & INTANGIBLES:

  • Strategic thinker with insane execution speed
  • Must love data, testing, iteration, and closing the loop
  • Not afraid to cold call, get dirty, test gear, or talk shop with customers
  • Ready to build an empire around golf simulation
  • Must have a founder’s mindset: take ownership, solve problems, and never say “that’s not my job”
