Description:

Are you passionate about crafting compelling product copy that drives engagement and sales? A global leader in the fashion and retail industry is looking for a Product Copywriter to create high-quality product descriptions for multiple marketing channels. This role is based in Stockholm, with the flexibility to work from home up to 50%. The assignment runs from March to December 2025 and is full-time.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping product communication across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for producing accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized product descriptions that align with brand guidelines and legal requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure consistency in messaging while supporting translation processes and developing best practices for product copy.
Responsibilities: Write compelling and accurate product copy for multiple marketing channels, including hm.com, mobile platforms, and external media campaigns.
Deliver master versions of product copy on time, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand tone of voice.
Manage and coordinate the translation process for product descriptions.
Ensure all product copy meets legal and ethical marketing standards while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
Develop and maintain guidelines for master copy, including tone of voice, SEO best practices, and general writing principles.
Stay up to date with product information management (PIM) tools and methods to streamline content workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging across digital and physical retail channels.
