QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a related role, with experience in customer service and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory software and inventory management.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
  • Comfortable with light lifting of 10+ lbs.
  • Ability to handle high-value and delicate products with the utmost care.
  • Experience with international shipping is a plus
  • Team player with organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service for product orders, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle order picking, packing, and shipping with accuracy and care.
  • Assist in the warehouse with inventory management and organization.
  • Conduct product quality control (QC) checks to maintain our high standards.
  • Perform light lifting tasks (10+ lbs) as needed.
  • Manage international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Handle delicate and high-value products with care and attention.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to build product displays or prepare items for special projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
