Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a curious and dynamic Product Data Analyst, your ability to turn data into actionable insights will be fundamental to your success. Your knowledge of product analytics will allow you to proactively provide insights and effectively collaborate with your team. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the organization to evaluate product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions to drive product growth. You should have a passion for understanding user behavior, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze product performance data to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers to design, track, and analyze key metrics and KPIs for ongoing product improvements.
- Conduct in-depth user behavior analysis to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for feature enhancement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product health and performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop hypotheses and conduct A/B tests, providing actionable recommendations based on test outcomes.
- Participate in projects to gather and analyze customer data used in making strategic business decisions by the leadership team.
- Respond to cross-organization requests for product related information. (reports, dashboards, etc.)
