This internship provides a valuable opportunity to learn about enterprise data management, vendor collaboration, and project coordination in a global healthcare environment Job Responsibilities Documentation & Project Coordination • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, task trackers, and requirement matrices• Assist in compiling RFP documents, vendor evaluation forms, and Proof of Concept (PoC) scripts• Ensure version control and structured file organization within shared environments including SharePoint, ClickUp, and Teams Data Analysis & Model Support • Support the review and clean-up of product master data including SKUs, hierarchies, and attributes• Help consolidate canonical model drafts, attribute catalogues, and hierarchy mapping examples• Document metadata such as attribute definitions, business rules, and picklists using standardized templates Research & Benchmarking • Conduct desk research on PIM tools, CMS platforms, and industry standards such as GS1 and UDI• Map vendor capabilities to functional and business requirements• Prepare comparative scorecards and concise summaries for internal discussions Stakeholder & Vendor Support • Assist in scheduling and preparing workshops, demonstrations, and vendor meetings• Track open questions, actions, and decisions• Support the organization and documentation of outputs from working group and steering committee sessions Profile Description • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Data Management, or a related field• Structured and detail-oriented with an interest in data, systems, and digital transformation• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a basic understanding of data structures or project workflows• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize findings clearly and effectively• Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn in a cross-functional, international environment Offer • Hands-on learning experience in data governance and product domain modeling• Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP MDG, PIM, CMS, DAM, and CRM• Experience in project management, RFP development, and vendor engagement• Insight into real-world challenges in data quality, integration, and business alignment• Day-to-day coaching and guidance from the Terumo Europe Data Manager• Opportunity to participate in project meetings, vendor demonstrations, and workshops• Regular feedback sessions to support your development and learning goals Contact Person Jarne Jans - Talent Acquisition Business Partner EMEA Working at Terumo means advancing healthcare with heart.
