Overview:  Holley Performance Products is seeking a Product Data Specialist for a full-time role within an aftermarket automotive organization in Bowling Green, KY. This position is part of the NXD (PIM) team, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Data. The specialist works closely with Product Management, Merchandising, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure Holley’s product data is accurate, standardized, and optimized for digital and ecommerce success.  High level overview & need for Holley  Product data is the backbone of Holley’s ecommerce and digital strategy. The Product Data Specialist ensures datasets within the PIM system meet industry standards, integrate smoothly across systems, and empower downstream teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Accurate data connects Holley’s world-class products with enthusiasts, dealers, and partners worldwide.    Key Responsibilities:   Product Data Management  * Maintain and update datasets within the PIM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * Manage product catalogs across multiple brands, including lifecycle updates, enriched product content, and alignment with ACES, PIES, and Holley standards. * Implement and support data quality controls, validation rules, and stewardship processes to ensure integrity. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support  * Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Business Units, and Vertical Leads to plan and implement product data enhancements. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive ongoing improvement efforts for product data usability * Work with external vendors, distributors, and service providers to support product data exchanges and syndication. Analysis, Reporting & Continuous Improvement  * Track data metrics, manage scorecards, and conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. * Monitor PIM feeds and integrations, escalating issues as necessary. * Provide actionable recommendations based on reporting and quality assessments. * Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce process friction, and improve scalability in data entry, validation, and reporting. Project Management  * Support data-related initiatives, including catalog migrations, system upgrades, and product launches. * Use project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Workfront, Airtable) to organize, track, and communicate progress. * Coordinate meetings and manage deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. What You Bring   Required Qualifications  * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Information Technology, Business, or Communications. * 2+ years of catalog management experience or equivalent. * Experience with PIM systems (PDM, Opticat, JNP, etc.). * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Clear communicator—able to simplify complex concepts. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Independent learner with the ability to master new skills quickly. Preferred Qualifications  * Database and/or SQL skills. * Knowledge of ACES and PIES data standards. * Hands-on or technical aftermarket automotive knowledge. * Resourceful troubleshooting ability.
