Job Title Product Definition Analyst 3 Summary of the Role Join us as a Product Definition Analyst 3 focused on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure solutions align with best practices. This role offers opportunities to work on impactful projects in a global, inclusive environment. In This Role You’ll Gather and analyze customer requirements, maintain a clear backlog, and collaborate with vendors and product teams. Review demands against platform capabilities and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing and updating test scenarios with stakeholders. Share updates on product evolutions and provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities. Document key processes and ensure effective communication across teams. About the Ideal Candidate Practical experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of SPM applications such as Portfolio and Project Management; familiarity with CWT and EAP is beneficial. Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and dependencies across products. Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate in multicultural teams. Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
