Job Title Product Definition Analyst 3 (Revenue Management) 🧭 Product Definition Analyst/Solution Manager Location: [Bangalore] • Work mode: [Hybrid] • Type: Full‑time 🌟 About the role We are looking for someone who can understand business needs and help design simple, clear solutions. You will work with different teams, write functional documents, support testing, and help make sure the final product works well for customers. 🧩 What you will do 📝 Understand requirements: Learn how our products and services work. Review and analyse requirements shared by Product Management. ✍️ Create functional designs: Write documents like Feasibility Notes, Solution Overviews, and Specifications. Walk stakeholders through the solution. 🔗 Work with other teams: Coordinate with other product and development teams to ensure compatibility across systems. ✅ Support testing: Review test plans, ensure tests match specifications, and help solve issues found in testing or production. 🤝 Work with stakeholders: Connect with Product, Project, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams. Speak with customers during requirement, testing, and implementation phases. 🌀 Participate in team activities: Join agile ceremonies, meetings, and solution discussions. 🛠️ What you bring Good understanding of your domain and how it supports the business. Over all experience – 6-9yrs Ability to follow standard processes and suggest improvements. Able to work independently with some guidance. Strong communication and documentation skills. Comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
