What you do: As a Product Delivery Analyst for Statements, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of the product roadmap at Allianz Life comprising of fixed index annuities, registered index-linked annuities, and life insurance. In this role you will gain a deep understanding of our products and services and provide product expertise to internal and external customers. The ability to effectively collaborate across business functions and provide detailed analysis of complex concepts is essential for success. As an Analyst you will have the opportunity to drive proactive collaboration with leadership, Customer Experience, key distribution partners, and other supporting departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of our statements. The Analyst role has a direct impact on execution of the company’s goals and serving our customers. You will report to the Sr. Director of Key Responsibilities: Contribute product knowledge and expertise in creation of the product strategy and concept Support product team in execution against the product strategy Serve as the subject matter expert of Allianz Life statements for internal customers Provide support for the Statement capability by assessing new requests, supporting backlog management and prioritization activities, and analyzing defects and incidents Take ownership of statement design, stakeholder collaboration and reviews, and revisions Work closely with our business and technical delivery teams to ensure product requirements are understood, accurately described, and displayed correctly on a statement Strong cross organizational skills with a focus on ability to communicate effectively and comfortably within all levels of the company Support Scaled Agile development framework Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI) Collaborate with good conflict resolutions skills to effectively partner with team both in technology and across business units Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables Process adherence and continual process optimization What you bring: 4+ years’ experience required: 2+ years managing multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Ability to think analytically and conceptually Ability to excel in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment Strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc.).
