Status: Full-time (30-40 hours per week) & Part-time (Minimum 15 hours a week commitment)

Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto only)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Turn strategy into execution. This role supports product delivery through detailed requirements, backlog management, data insights, and sprint coordination, ensuring smooth, iterative releases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead discovery sessions and document user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain backlog, map system interfaces, and manage dependencies
  • Analyze workflows and data to improve processes and customer value
  • Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prep sprint goals, monitor progress, and ensure completion of each increment
  • Draft test scenarios, coordinate user-acceptance testing, triage defects, and validate that delivered functionality meets requirements and compliance standards
  • Provide clear status reports, risk assessments, and roadmap updates to leadership and cross-functional partners, translating technical details into business impact.
  • Track delivery KPIs (e.g., cycle time, defect leakage, customer adoption), conduct retrospectives, and champion process or tooling changes that improve delivery velocity and product quality
