About the role As a Product Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for enabling successful scoping, prioritisation and discovery delivery of multiple product initiatives across the organisation. Leading the team of 8-10 analysts, you will play key role in front door demand management, translating business demand into structured, prioritised delivery work while balancing team capacity. You are a leader who combines strong project and delivery management capability with a modern product mindset. Key responsibilities include Own and operate the front door intake process for new initiatives, requests, and change demand. Assess, size, prioritise, and sequence incoming work in partnership with Product, Technology, and Business leaders Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives and projects across parallel workstreams. Apply strong project management discipline to planning, scheduling, dependency management, risk mitigation, and reporting. Own capacity planning and utilisation for a team of 8–10 analysts, ensuring sustainable workloads across initiatives. Allocate people effectively based on skills, availability, and delivery priorities. Lead, coach, and support a high‑performing team of analysts across multiple projects and squads. Act as a primary point of coordination between Product, Technology and broader business teams Facilitate governance forums, planning sessions, and prioritisation discussions. About You and Your Skills Demonstrated people leadership experience managing 8+ analysts or delivery professionals Strong background in project management, including planning, risk management, and multi‑stream delivery Proficient experience using project management and forecasting tools Hands‑on experience with front door intake, demand management, and portfolio prioritisation Strong capability in capacity planning and resource management in complex delivery environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills What’s in it for you?
