SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile product delivery, Agile Coaching, or technical program leadership within a software development environment.
• Requires Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). A Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of these certifications
• Experience working in healthcare technology, SaaS environments, or high-growth companies.
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe and Lean.
• Experience leading teams through complex integrations and large-scale product rollouts.
• Expertise in backlog management, quarterly planning, and Agile portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in Agile team metrics (Cycle time, burndowns, etc.), OKRs, and performance measurement.
• Strong facilitation skills with a deep toolbox to lead Agile ceremonies, inceptions, slicing sessions, and planning workshops.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other Agile collaboration tools.
• Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving change management initiatives.
• Ability to foster a metrics-driven approach and create delivery dashboards for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.

Adept at leading cross-functional teams, implementing Lean-Agile best practices, and reducing waste to accelerate value delivery. Passionate about cultivating sustainable ways of working that balance operational efficiency with innovation and team well-being.

Compensation: $80,000 - 95,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential
