Description

THE GLUE BETWEEN PRODUCT VISION AND SHIPPED VALUE, IN A SMALL, AMBITIOUS TEAM.

We’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, product-led environment. You’ll be the bridge between vision and delivery, making sure our product, platform, and brand projects move forward smoothly, our roadmaps stay realistic, and our teams remain focused on the right priorities. Working closely with our CTO, Creative Director, and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring delivery discipline without slowing momentum, ensuring we ship the right things, in the right way, at the right time.

THE TEAM:

We are a supportive and friendly team of experienced multi-platform engineers, designers, and product thinkers. We have a culture of trust, conscientiousness, and quality, and a passion for innovation.
We know we don’t have all the answers. We’re looking for smart, effective people who are eager to learn alongside us, and who bring their own fresh ideas to improve both our product and how we work.
We champion remote work with staff across the UK and flexible working hours, including time for self-development.

  • Spot gaps & dependencies: raise early and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Drive communication: keep the appropriate channels updated, coordinate with 3rd party suppliers, and ensure the right people are in the loop.
  • Champion quality: coordinate QA/testing to ensure work meets requirements before launch.
  • Enable leadership: take on operational load so the leadership team can focus on strategy and innovation.
