Join our Employee Assistant team for managing deliverables across strategic priorities.    Job summary As a Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Assistant team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of Agentic AI products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will organize project deliverables and activities in accordance with the strategic direction and goals of the organization, evaluate method to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvements, produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle as well as analyze program risks.   Job responsibilities * Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination * Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements * Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners    * Facilitate product planning sessions and Agile ceremonies, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful feature delivery * Raises blockers and other impediments to the Strategy & Execution Lead to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources * Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions including external vendors  * Tracks and communicates team progress as it relates to the agreed-upon plan Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area * Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities * Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes * Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies  * Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint) and Jira, Jira Align and Confluence Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
