As a Product Delivery Manager in Connected Commerce , you will play a vital role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring code readiness aligns with business requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass Oversight of test planning and execution, along with functional, end-to-end, and regression testing and resource management. You will collaborate with Risk and Technology teams to ensure business processes and user interactions function as intended, effectively minimizing post-launch risks. Job responsibilities Support testing and implementation of business critical strategies. Provide execution support and leadership for large, complex technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areas Provide complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues, expanding the solution to include infrastructure, architecture, and multi-tier tools and business system strategies Develop and maintain testing standards and processes; manage quality improvement activities Lead the identification, creation and execution of critical Business End-to-End testing activities Manage test planning, execution and reporting across multiple projects in alignment with Business needs Facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various products Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and ensure ongoing updates on Automation objectives Assess, create and build automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reduction Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience 5 + years of Financial experience in testing Experience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the task Experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest tool Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships Strong attention to Detail and results driven. Extensive knowledge in managing Test strategies, deliverables and milestones. Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly.
