Position Overview: As a Genius Product and Delivery Specialist, you will supports sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining Mazda technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Product demonstration of Mazda vehicle features; Answers clients questions regarding Mazda products; Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up; Configures vehicle with mobile customizer; Performs test drives as needed; Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
