Due to ongoing expansion Metaltech Engineering require a product design engineer to manage the design and development of silos and conveying equipment which the company supplies worldwide.
Duties will include
- Working with engineering and production staff to drive the development of new silo products and associated conveying equipment
- Developing ideas from concept to prototyping, testing and certification to ensure they are ready to market
- Working with existing engineering staff to drive continuous improvement of existing products
- Management and updating of controlled drawing of all company products
- Creation and management of company product documentation such as assembly and operating manuals and 3D models
Suitable candidate must be proficient in using solidworks design software.
Full time role
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in product design essential
Previous experience in the design of material handling systems a distinct advantage
Salary in line with candidate experience and skill level

Pay: From €34,000.00 per year
