Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re on the hunt for a driven, creative mind to join our team in a brand-new, career-defining role. If you’re a fresh design graduate bursting with ideas this opportunity will offer you the opportunity to build and grow with us. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Production, and Installation teams to design, test and launch new products and improvements. You’ll hunt for fresh market insights, explore new materials, gather customer needs, and create stair solutions that blend stunning design with real-world practicality. Your work will have a clear focus: smart innovation, style, sustainability, and seamless integration into manufacturing and installation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Conceptualise and design innovative new stair products and materials
  • Improve existing designs to meet evolving market needs
  • Research, plan, and test ideas thoroughly before launch
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production and Installation teams
  • Support new product launches internally and externally
  • Ensure designs look beautiful and work effectively in practice
