Role Overview We are looking for a Product Designer Intern to support the Applied AI Product Team in designing high-impact digital experiences across website and product touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and growth. You will work on real product problems ranging from conversion-focused website design to AI-driven user interactions, while contributing directly to product improvements and go-to-market execution. Key Responsibilities1. Product Design & UX/UI Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI for web and product experiences Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions Improve usability, clarity, and engagement across key user journeys Ensure consistency with design systems and visual standards 2. Website & Digital Experience Design and deploy website pages using CMS tools (e.g., Webflow) Improve landing pages and conversion flows based on product and data insights Ensure designs are responsive, scalable, and aligned with business goals Collaborate with product and growth teams on user journey optimisation 3. Presentation & Design Storytelling Create structured, visually clear PowerPoint / Google Slides for internal stakeholders Translate design concepts, product ideas, and data insights into compelling visual narratives Support product reviews, business updates, and go-to-market presentations Required Skills Design & Tools Basic understanding of UX/UI design (layout, hierarchy, user flows) Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) Presentation Skills Strong ability to design clean, structured slides Able to communicate ideas clearly through visuals and storytelling Preferred Skills Web Development Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms Understanding of responsive design and basic web structure Product & Growth Thinking Interest in conversion optimisation and user behaviour Ability to design with business impact in mind (not just aesthetics) Application Requirements Please submit the following: CV / Resume Design Portfolio link Slide design samples Hands-on experience in real product and website design projects Exposure to growth-driven design and conversion optimisation Opportunity to work on live product systems with measurable impact Cross-functional experience across product, design, and GTM teams
