Defines specific product needs based on user insights; ideates to define solutions to meet user needs. Creates and develops design concepts and specifications that optimize the emotional and functional experience of a product, software, device, or service. Focuses on end-to-end user experiences, empathizing and balancing experiences with business and technical tradeoffs. Produces visual designs from concept through delivery and sustainment, supports interaction designs for hardware and/or software-based experiences, and/or contributes to hardware product designs. Contributes to broader design system, increasing its adoption and consistent usage.
