We are currently looking for Product Design Lead for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

TECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Proven experience in product design, UX/UI, and service design methodologies.
• Skilled in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience strategy.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems and their application at scale.
• Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional product development.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• 4-8 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, and/or service design.
• Experience leading complex, cross-channel projects from discovery to delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing service design and product design outcomes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences, connecting digital products and offline touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
• Conduct service design activities including journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprinting, and opportunity identification.
• Drive product design execution, from concept to delivery, producing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and customers to uncover needs, validate concepts, and align on priorities.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Leads to ensure designs meet both user and business objectives.
• Establish and contribute to design systems and reusable components that ensure consistency across products and services.
• Translate customer research and data insights into actionable improvements for products, services, and processes.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting a culture of design excellence and innovation.
