Description
Responsibilities
Influence the shape of products and solutions within your assigned domain with research and data while executing designs using high-quality wireframes, user journeys, cross-platform interactive prototypes, and intuitive visual designs.
Develop intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our design system and the healthcare industry’s best practices.
Ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms, including responsive designs for desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements and user needs into functional, user-friendly designs.
Conduct iterative usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback and data.
Collaborate with UX Researchers to plan, execute, and analyze user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure research insights are effectively incorporated into the product development cycle.
Track and analyze key metrics, such as user satisfaction, task success rates, and other usability indicators to continuously improve the user experience.
Lead and mentor other designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Lead key design team practices and rituals, taking full ownership for your assigned domain.
Present and communicate design concepts and research findings to stakeholders, including executives and team members, in a clear and compelling way.
Support design reviews and collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, especially as they relate to UX/UI design and healthcare.
