Collaborate across product teams to create elegant design solutions. Simplify complexity when communicating with stakeholders. Lead user experience research to inform design decisions. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research. Facilitate collaboration among Product Managers, Designers, and Developers. Create visual artifacts such as prototypes and wireframes. Maintain and evolve the design system and pattern library. Stay updated on design tools and best practices. Mentor junior design team members. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in user experience and UX design/development. Strong understanding of user-centered design processes. Experience facilitating design and product discovery sessions. Ability to articulate complex concepts effectively. Solid collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design and creativity. Experience with design tools and prototyping methods. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Experience in Agile development processes.
