THE ROLE

As a Product Design Manager at Grafana Labs, you will join a growing Product Design organization of more than 25 designers, researchers, and design leaders distributed across five continents. You will be working within a 100% remote R&D organization, so strong, proactive remote communication, collaboration, facilitation, and relationship building skills will be essential to your success.
This role is suitable for candidates with a few years of Product Design people management experience as well as Staff+ product design individual contributors with strong experience leading, coaching, and mentoring other designers and a desire to take on people management responsibilities.

In Germany the Base compensation range for this role is €94,208 - €117,760. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.
