By joining our Azure Growth Experiences team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our product-led growth strategy by delivering seamless, end-to-end experiences for Microsoft Azure Cloud. You’ll operate at the intersection of envisioning, creating, and crafting—while rapidly advancing in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space. You’ll collaborate with like-minded creatives and user-centered experts who share your passion for innovation.
As a Product Design Manager in the Cloud Infrastructure Experience (CIX) space, you will lead a team of seasoned product designers focused on bringing simplicity and cohesion to a complex and fragmented environment in cloud storage, operations, compute and networking. You will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping AI-driven experiences that streamline critical jobs-to-be-done for Microsoft Azure Cloud customers, and collaborating closely within a multi-disciplinary team of product makers.
This role offers the opportunity to lead design work that not only impacts Fortune 500 companies, but also supports our Product-Led Growth strategy to attract startups through mid-sized companies. You will influence the overall design vision and drive the integration of AI to transform the Azure experience end-to-end. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or collaborate in person at our Redmond, Washington, USA campus.
As a Product Design Manager and leader, you will translate user insights into clear product needs, ideating and defining solutions that meet those needs while creating design concepts and specifications that optimize both the emotional and functional user experience. You’ll focus on end-to-end user journeys, balancing user needs with business and technical trade-offs. Your work through your team will include producing visual designs from concept through delivery, supporting interaction design experiences, and collaborating with internal and external development teams, marketing, and User Experience (UX) partners. You’ll also research and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements, new designs, and the overall design language and strategy.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
