Description
Cummins is looking for a Product design technician with some industrial experience to join its team in British Columbia. This is a remote position opened to Vancouver island and Mainland residents  In this role, you will have the following impacts (but not limited to): * Ensure model and drawing quality. * Create and maintains product specifications utilizing Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing. * Utilize Computer Aided Design (CAD) data management tools for configuration control and to maintain security. * Ensure application of company, industry, national, and international standards. * Process internal engineering work requests. * Engage with required functional areas as needed. * Check models and drawings prior to release. * Work with engineering to generate concept models. * Analyze adequacy of design using various design tools. * Create Master CAD Models which are used to generate part tooling.
