Description

NEVER SETTLE

We motivate each other to push past the easy answers and collectively arrive at bigger, more inspiring ideas.
But enough about us. Let’s talk about you.
We’re looking for a highly capable Product Designer to join our team, seconded to a leading bank in Abu Dhabi for a large-scale transformation project. You’ll be working at the heart of a major revamp of a mobile banking app serving over 2 million customers, embedded in a large-scale agile delivery program.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently move from understanding user context, through UX problem-solving, to pixel-perfect UI delivery, operating within, and improving, an established design system. You’ll be collaborating closely with product managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders, contributing to the full agile sprint lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end design ownership: represent design across the entire agile delivery cycle — from discovery to release.
  • User-centered thinking: translate customer needs and business goals into intuitive journeys, flows, and screens.
  • Design system mastery: confidently design within an established system, extend it where necessary, and ensure consistency across all outputs.
  • Rapid prototyping & iteration: use wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to test, learn, and refine quickly.
  • Sprint contribution: participate in sprint planning, design and code reviews, defining acceptance criteria, and reducing defects before production.
  • Collaboration: work side-by-side with developers, testers, and product owners to bring designs to life and maintain quality.
  • Quality definition: help establish and uphold definitions of done, design qa standards, and accessibility considerations.
  • Data & feedback: leverage analytics, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback to inform and improve designs
