Experience Requirements & Role Expectations: 

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferred
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
• Proficient in creating wireframes, using UX design tools, and prototyping
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, process, and solutions as they relate to web-based products or mobile applications, particularly those with complex requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
• Experience with AI-related products, enterprise products, or B2B domains is a strong plus
