We are looking for an expert designer to be a strategic contributor and lead projects for our mobile web and native app platforms! You must have a developed aesthetic taste that is distinctive and admired. You love details and pixel-perfection. You will concept, design and ship applications that millions of people use in order to find and book their travel. You will be working with a diverse team of Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to build, deliver, and test digital travel products.

Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs in our markets around the world and shape our experiences to meet those needs.
  • Take into account existing insights, technical constraints, platform guidelines, and business needs to craft high-quality, user-centered app designs.
  • Be autonomous. Take full ownership of your work and full responsibility for every last detail. Own the success or failure of your design work.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes for A/B experiments, using data and user insights to determine when to deepen exploration or pivot toward more effective solutions that drive user and business impact.
  • ‘Systems Thinking’ of how to approach scalable design and each of the areas it impacts, both now and in the potential future.
