THE ROLE:

Arketa is seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer who is a self-starter. You’ll play a key role in shaping our design systems and user experiences, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products. As we enter a period of rapid growth, you’ll be instrumental in creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs from the ground up.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the design and execution of the frontend design system, ensuring a cohesive and scalable user experience across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to define and implement new features and design solutions
• Take ownership of the user interface design, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity visuals
• Continuously iterate on design systems to improve efficiency and maintain consistency
• Partner with the product team to align design with business goals and user needs
• Present design concepts, updates, and cross-team launches at company-wide check-ins
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in design and user experience
