Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for web and mobile products by collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers.
  • Prototype ideas quickly using modern AI-powered design tools such as Claude and other emerging technologies to explore concepts and validate user flows.
  • Participate in the end-to-end product design process—from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity designs, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Learn to design complete customer journeys across trading and payments experiences, including onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, trading, and account management.
  • Contribute to and maintain Axi's Design System by utilizing reusable components, design tokens, and established interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, technically feasible, and implemented with high quality.
  • Consider edge cases, error states, accessibility, and usability throughout the design process to create trustworthy financial experiences.
  • Participate in design critiques, usability discussions, and collaborative workshops to continuously improve product quality.
  • Stay curious about emerging design trends, AI technologies, and best practices, bringing new ideas into the team's workflow.
  • Continuously learn and develop your product thinking, balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations.

Technical Requirement

  • Experience designing digital products using Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
  • Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with Design Systems, component libraries, design tokens, and reusable UI patterns.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support research, ideation, content generation, prototyping, and design exploration.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design principles across desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Awareness of frontend implementation concepts and willingness to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and accessibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.

Are you the one?

  • Around 2 years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience, ideally designing digital products.
  • Experience within FinTech, Payments, Trading, Banking, or other transaction-based products is advantageous but not essential.
  • Genuine interest in designing products where accuracy, clarity, trust, and error handling directly impact customer outcomes.
  • Growing product mindset with an eagerness to understand business objectives alongside user needs.
  • Passion for learning modern design systems, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging product design practices.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
  • Curious, proactive, and open to continuous feedback and professional development.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering thoughtful user experiences.
