The Role We are looking for a talented Product Designer for Betsson Georgia brand who will be involved in different processes and help us deliver the best customer experience in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer and user journeys; Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for desktop, mobile web, and mobile apps; Design UX/UI for promo pages (landing pages, campaign pages); Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces; Own design tasks end-to-end, from concept to handoff to development; Make design decisions based on customer feedback, product analytics, and usability research; Identify and troubleshoot UX and UI issues; Collaborate closely with product, tech, and other business stakeholders; Contribute to team knowledge sharing and collective growth. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role; Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to design complex user flows with visually appealing UI; Advanced Figma skills; Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); Hands-on experience with: - Design system - Promo / marketing pages - Mobile app UX (flows, logic, user scenarios) - iOS and Android design guidelines - Cross-platform design for desktop, mobile web, and mobile applications Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3; Understanding of conversion, funnels, and key metrics; Ability to clearly discuss and explain design decisions; Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines; Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly; High attention to detail; Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Customer-centered mindset; Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills; English B1-B2. Nice to have: · Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field; · Experience with motion design and UX animations; · Background in graphic design; · Knowledge of the Russian language.
