This is you

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer. We value experience working in a fast-growing (tech) company.
• HBO or WO degree in a relevant field: strategic design, interaction design, or (digital) visual design.
• Proven outcomes of your work in a scale-up or digital agency environment.
• Clear vision on usability and UX. Preferably experience with analytics and quantitative analysis.
• A sense of color usage, typography, iconography, composition, and aesthetics in relation to the Crisp brand experience.
• You have guts and come up with new, well-founded proposals. You are critical and have an open attitude.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• You enjoy experimenting with AI, for example when creating a prototype or using it to gain insights from existing customer research.
• Of course, you have experience with Figma.
