Responsibilities

As a Product Designer , you’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences that genuinely improve lives. You’ll lead design on high-impact projects—from onboarding and checkout to managing prescriptions and repeat orders. You’ll collaborate closely across teams, using research and data to inform decisions and always advocating for the customer.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design thoughtful, intuitive, and inclusive experiences across web and app
  • Bring simplicity and clarity complex healthcare flows
  • Use insights (quantitative and qualitative) to guide design strategy and decisions
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers
  • Champion a customer-first mindset in every phase of the product and design process
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency, scalability, and accessibility
