What You'll Do As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products. You will bring new solutions to complicated problems through product thinking and professional courage, collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on product solutions. You will lead design initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Collaborating effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions. Championing user-centric design principles throughout the organization, advocating for the needs and preferences of our users in every stage of the product development process. Balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality designs on time and within scope. Communicating design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders, and gathering feedback to ensure alignment and buy-in What You'll Bring 4+ years of experience in product design of highly-complex systems with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work. Demonstrable application of deliberate design in your work and an eye for small details. Knowledge of each step of the design process and the versatility to apply them. An understanding of how to work with and influence a design system. Proficiency at scoping and estimating efforts accurately, prioritizing tasks & goals independently, and rapidly producing deliverables. Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, design, UX, or a related discipline.
