Description
About this role We’re looking for a hands-on Product Designer who will shape and design thoughtful, modern healthcare experiences end to end. You’ll play a key role in defining how customers discover care, understand options, and move confidently through complex flows. This is a highly collaborative role where design is expected to influence product strategy, not just execution. You’ll report to and work closely with a Principal Product Designer. What You’ll Do End-to-End Product Design Design core product experiences across web and mobile, from early concepts through shipped UI. Own flows that span discovery, decision-making, and follow-through, not just single screens. Experience Quality & Craft Create interfaces that feel clear, calm, and intentional, even when the underlying system is complex. Sweat the details of layout, hierarchy, copy, and interaction states. Design Systems & Patterns Contribute to and evolve our design patterns so they supports speed, consistency, and scalability. Balance reuse with thoughtful exceptions when the experience demands it. Problem Framing & Exploration Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore multiple solutions, and converge on the right approach. Use sketches, flows, and prototypes to think and communicate. Iteration & Learning Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and real-world usage. Balance strong point of view with openness to evidence and change. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure experiences are aligned, feasible, and on-brand. Clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs. Who You Are Experience-Driven Thinker You design from first principles and care deeply about how real people experience a product over time. Systems-Oriented Comfortable working within and improving systems, whether design systems, IA, or multi-step flows. Tasteful and Precise High bar for visual and interaction quality. You notice what feels off and know how to fix it. Pragmatic Builder Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. You ship, learn, and refine without waiting for perfect inputs. Clear Communicator Thoughtful, direct, and collaborative in how you share work, give feedback, and build alignment.
