Graphic Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating designs for print, branding, digital marketing, and social media, with a good understanding of print production and artwork preparation.

The candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and capable of managing multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, signage, packaging, catalogues, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative designs for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork according to production requirements.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements.
• Develop branding materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit and retouch images for print and digital use.
• Create layouts, typography, illustrations, and visual concepts.
• Make design revisions based on client and internal feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files and project records.
• Stay updated with current design, branding, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of printing processes, colour, typography, layouts, and pre-press requirements.
• Experience creating artwork for both print and digital media.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in printing, branding, advertising, or a creative agency.
• Knowledge of Canva and social media design.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.
• Experience designing for large-format printing, signage, exhibitions, and packaging is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE printing and branding requirements is an advantage.

We are looking for a skilled Packaging Designer to join our team in Sharjah. You should have hands-on experience working in a press environment, with a focus on packaging. We need someone creative who also understands prepress, print production, and color management, so the final printed packaging always looks right.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare artwork for printed packaging (boxes, labels, paper bags)
• Create print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, trim, color separation)
• Work with dielines and make sure they're accurate for each packaging shape
• Prepare artwork for foiling, embossing, and debossing blocks
• Set up films and artwork for Spot UV
• Do prepress checks to make sure artwork is accurate before printing
• Coordinate with press operators and the production team
• Adjust client-supplied artwork to fit packaging and press requirements
• Make sure designs follow brand guidelines and client expectations
• Give clients design advice that works well for printed packaging
• Check colors and proofs to get the best print quality
• Handle multiple jobs at once and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a press environment, ideally with packaging
• Good with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign is a Plus)
• Strong understanding of dielines, foiling, embossing/debossing, and Spot UV
• Good knowledge of paper types, inks, plates, and finishing techniques
• Sharp eye for detail and color accuracy
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent jobs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
