Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re translating the latest advances in AI into simple, powerful tools for fast‑moving teams. As a Product Designer, contribute to and co‑own critical product experiences—from blank canvas to polished release—and set the quality bar for everything that follows. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with leadership, engineers, and PMs to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, scalable solutions while shaping a design culture that values craft, pace, and clear thinking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive projects end‑to‑end. Partner with Product and Engineering to take problems from definition through polished, shipped solutions.
  • Create design artifacts that move ideas forward. Low‑fi flows, clickable prototypes, production‑ready visuals, and everything in between.
  • Ship, learn, repeat. Launch incremental releases, measure impact, and iterate quickly. Done is better than perfect; perfect is a moving target.
  • Bring AI‑native thinking to the table. You’ll explore how LLM workflows can simplify complex tasks for our users.
  • Champion the user’s voice. Plan and run lean research, synthesize insights, and make principled trade‑offs.
  • Communicate with quiet conviction. Give and receive candid feedback, defend your rationale with data and craft, and know when to change your mind.
